starting to think that way but i'd like km on the odometer for a change and the reverse snobbery that militates against owning aging luxury cars in canuckistan works in my favour. an lx470 here sells for less than the equivalent vehicle down south and i don't have to spend money importing it and inspecting it.

of course i have to find a non-rust trap lx here which is proving surprisingly difficult.

To you speak mexican? You're North America...move one from Medico...98% sans nav unit on '03+ and values are typically 20-30% less than stateside...enough to make up for import and movement. Prolly don't have to worry about rust

i could in theory do that with a 98 as we have a 15 year rule for anything but a us vehicle. no idea how to do it though. no habla espanol and all that.
