Being the pigtail with only four wires, you can run a test on which one is positive and which one is ground. You may not need to use all the wires. I don't have the schematics so there will be some trial and error on your end but certainly shouldn't be hard to figure out.

What are the dimensions of the face? Have a couple of other Toyotas that could use this depending on the opening it fits.

About 1.5" in length and 1" in width, this is really your standard size switch in most Toyotas from early 90s to probably around 1997-1998 (hazard, defrost, power antenna, rear heater, etc etc)
