I'm not finding the kit on your web site. Link?

Also, are the spring steel "smash on" clips incuded? Same question for the hair pin/washer/sleeve bits. Thanks!

EDIT: Nevermind. I found it. 👍

HOW To CATCH a 4/77 FJ55LG-KA

Part # 78060-90356

Call OUT # 78103 , ROD SUB-ASSY, ACCELERATOR CONNECTING, NO.1 2/76 - 7/80 ALL NOS Parts WILD UNICORN that did not exist on planet Earth only

Minutes Earlier in UNDER 30 Minutes ?

For : @
jestlurnin :D

Eazy Peezy that's how :

- first you confirm the correct LENGTH Balls Sockets to Balls Sockets CTR. to CTR. Length in Millimeters VIA your Archived FJ55 78103 RODS measurements PHOTOS

you took 9 years ago for some reason i can't recall other then it was fun at the time like shown above with OEM METRIC STEEL RULE SST ....

- then take a NOS FJ60LG-KK 78103 ROD that's Longer a TAD by 40mm or so and CHOP its FIXED SOCKET Heads Clean off carefully

- Then start Chasing the Correct Thread Pitch and Diameter 5mm x .80 Trusty Sears Craftsman DIE down Approach 55mm with full synthetic threading cutter fliud drops at each few turns

- spin OF the Threading DIE jack Flash quickie like

- now , Take a NOS FJ40 shorter sacrifice 78103 ROD and remove its smaller top head by hand NO chopping off with grinder here

- carefully engage your fresh cut 5mm x .80 sharp new male threads onto the new female section like so

- Presto :

- 78060-90356 NOW LIVES ONCE AGAIN ........

and most importantly has been well documented Here On MUD for future generations of FJ55 Owner Operatiors to refer to VIA the ADVANCE SEARCH FEATURE Options .......

@ToyotaMatt thank you so much for knocking this outa the park. Not sure most folks understand your commitment to the cruiser world and vast freakish knowledge of all things vintage TEQ. Can’t wait to go office space on the weber currently on my 55 and see all your bling bling under Marges’ hood.
🍻 to you. Rolling rocks in me if we ever cross paths.
