Sounds like your main problem was 10 years in the Canadian weather with corrosion!!! I would start coating the bottom every year to make sure it doesn’t rust anymore glad you got it straightened out.. I had a rust problem With a sensor on an old LX 470 when I lived in Kansas City Missouri, got into it in the garage started up and the backend went up in the air and wouldn’t come back down, drove it to the dealer five minutes later they had a new sensor installed and it never had a problem again.

Motor is 48910-60032 (superseding part # I believe) and $990USD on Partsouq. All their stuff is legit.

Speaking from personal recent experience, they’re absolutely legit. I saved a significant amount of money on the pump I got from them versus the dealer price. I had it shipped to my door for $1800-ish CDN all inclusive versus close to 4k Canadian after taxes at the dealer. They responded fairly quickly to my inquires and I think I waited maybe 10 days in total.

I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

I get a box from Partsouq about once every 4 months to my house. Often more than every 4 months.

Best parts distributor in the world. Far better than any Toyota parts house in USA, and their packages beat the time for how long it would take if I ordered within America.

Awesome. Thanks for the quick reply. I just got my LX back from the dealership today. It was there for three days and $400 dollars later they told me that I needed a new pump that would be $3200 plus labor. Parsouq currently has the pump for 1070 including shipping. That’s much better. I’ll just have to see how much import tax they’ll charge. Typically everything from eBay won’t arrive till mid-to-the-end of May. When my daily driver is stuck on Low, that just doesn’t work.

Pull the trigger and order with confidence. That price sounds like the same pump I had to order. I was $1800 CDN to my doorstep with duties included. You’re miles ahead no matter what.

Like everyone has said - they’re 100% legit. With very few exceptions they will be far cheaper, even with current shipping costs. Order away!

I'd have no problem ordering the pump for PartSouq....i would definitely consider a second opinion on your AHC pump failure.

Hello all,
I just joined the forum looking for advice. I searched as many thread as I could find.
I purchased a 2010 lx570 with 219k kms. 1 month ago.
I live in Toronto Canada.
Was planning to do ahc fluid flush as I believe It has not been done. Called Lexus and told me they do not know about flush.
My problem:
I have been seeing drips of fluid coming from my rear drivers side from the plastic ahc lines for about a month after parking it. I did not know what it was until recently.
I took the truck offroad which was great. I raised the suspension and lowered it to N.
A little while later I got the Check 4 wheel ahc and truck drooped.
I drove 100kms home in the Low position and then parked it. Started it up and put it on 4Low to see if it would raise. I heard the pump and little movement then nothing. Went underneath the driver side in front of rear wheel considerable fluid leaking.

HELP!!!

unfortunately you probably have a rusted thru line. The one that has rusted thru most commonly (though it is still a rare occurence) goes across one of the rear frame crossmembers to the other side of the vehicle. Fluid can pool on the cross-member, and the line eventually rusts through.

Grab the FSM from that thread, or use the online parts guide to see the routing, and start following the drips back to the source.

As far as fluid, you'll need to fix the leak before you can repressurize the system.

There have been 3 or 4 of these over the last couple years.

Another option is to replace the AHC system with a basic suspension (springs and shocks). You'll lose automatic height, and the sway bars won't be totally adequate for very sporty driving, but several have done it and are getting along fine.

Based on what you said, it is a line right? Not the pump or any components. Is that correct?

Glad you got your rig sorted out. I'm rounding up parts for fluid and globes and plan on replacing the springs too. But I don't see much mention of others replacing springs. I thought they had a five year life. I am determined to get this 570 to ride like or better than my 80 that has ome suspension. Currently it's really sloshy over bumps.

Anyone do their springs when flushing or replacing globes?

Not saying not to replace your springs, but remember the springs in a AHC system dont play exactly the same role a springs in a standard suspension. The “shocks” carry a decent portion of the weight the way springs would normally carry the weight. The springs in AHC system are there to augment the load capacity of the hydraulic parts of the suspension.

I agree with @lx200inAR I principle, but next winter I’m considering doing all the bushings for a 240k service and new springs at the same time.
