08-11 Center Dome Light Function help? (1 Viewer)

Can you set the center dome light be set to come on with the doors open - or are they solely controlled by their on/off switch? My front map light and cargo light come on when set to door - but I don't see any such option. I have Type B FWIW. Thoughts?

My LX has a button on Front light for “door”. This turns on the middle row light when door is opened. Not sure if LC is different.

The Type A (with video screen) has 4 bulbs: 2 that turn on with the dome lights, and 2 reading lights that can be individually turned on with the push button switches like the picture shows. Maybe pop off the cover and see how many bulbs are in there with the Type B? Good time to upgrade to LED bulbs.
