07 LC - driver door does not lock (except with key) (1 Viewer)

Odd....
Most of the time - when locking / unlocking with remote - all doors but the driver' locks/unlocks. Once in a while works for a driver' door too.

Locking with a button inside - same effect.

Locking with a key in the door or manually flipping the lock from inside - works.

I hear a very "light" click in the door when using remote.

What could be a cause? Weak magnet? Broken wire?

Sounds like your lock motor has died. Thread in the FAQ on replacing just the motor inside the part, or you can replace the whole assembly.
