Key Fob Locks Door But Does Not Open Them

Recently replaced the drivers door actuator and programed 2 new fobs. Everything was working fine for months but now the key wont open the the doors.
Locking the doors is no problem.
Any ideas?

You talking about the unlock fob button or manually inserting the key in the door?

Sorry- the unlock button on the key fob. Neither of my 2 FOB's, unlock buttons work.
The lock buttons work fine- on both.
