that's correct. A non titled vehicle would mean it is still under full factory warranty from the DELIVERY date. Basically a brand new 100 series. However I do believe the price is too high, like i said, there was a new 07 (granted with 3x the miles! (24)) here for about that price the sticker was 66 and change, it was marked 12k off making it 54ish...

if it's been titled it no longer has a new car warranty, the warranty would have started ticking from 10/25/2007 which, granted is only a few months ago... but it means all your new car financing options are off the table too, including extended warranties at discounted rates.

The miles are correct!!
Toyota miss placed the vehicle at the LA port when it came in from Japan. We bought it from them. It's basically a "brand new vehicle!!​

LA port = Los Angeles or Louisiana.

Regardless if the miles are correct or not, the price is still way too high. You can buy an 2007 for less!
