Invalid VIN on Lexus's website
I added this to my Lexus Drivers profile using the VIN without a problem. No clue if the seller or ad are legit, but the mileage and VIN match up.

I spoke to the guy and got the correct VIN. He seems good, but there are a few red flags. One he works at Carmax and bought the vehicle wholesale, truck is in Houston at 37500 miles but was listed as serviced at 10/08/2018 36,736. It's 1400 miles from Houston to Miami. Not sure how this is possible. Does this seem like Curbstoning? He also mentioned that the car is in his brothers name and that the title is owned by a federal credit union. I would have to pay them off to receive the E title. I researched this in Texas and it seemed alright, but something doesn't feel right.

The caramax thing wouldn't scare me. I have family/friends who have been employees at caramax and purchased wholesale and then resell them. No way he paid anywhere close to $24k for that at wholesale. My bet would be that he saw it come through at a super low price and is just trying to flip it. My bigger concern would be checking for signs of flood damage.

Pics are definitely in Houston. Several of the buildings match up (Comerica Building, the one that has "5120" on the side) with photos apparently taken on a nearby apartment rooftop parking lot. I would assume it was shipped as well. Says needs AHC work, I wonder what that means.
