lexus dealer wants 16500. is this a fair deal?

Timing belt was done at 93K but in 2013. Is it due for another change?
the mileage is 120k right now.

In VA? Been looking at this one to I’ve asked several people what they think of the rust of as well rather just go with my gut and get a rig from Texas or Arizona,etc

Depends on the condition of the rest of the vehicle.

If it's a 10/10 then it's probably a decent dealer price. I would target $14-15k if I were serious about it. Look it up on the NADA guidelines also.
