So it looks like the nut holding the O2 sensor is melted onto the stud. Any ideas? Tried the bolt extractor. No luck. Do any of you know if the stud can be removed if I used the dremel to cut the nut off and marred the threads? And if so anyone have a part number to the stud?

I don’t think the nut is melted. Take a small wire brush clean off surface rust apply pb blaster a couple of times let soak
The factory nuts are easily deformed so easy does it Plan on installing new nuts. use copper nuts and/or never seize
Google 80 series O2 replacement good write ups have been posted
Just replaced my rear sensor yesterday
Go easy on the studs
