01 4 Runner timing belt replacement link

Can anyone steer me to any instructions or write up of replacing a timing belt on a 3400 V6 in my 01 4 Runner? Search no worky.

I have heard the 3.4L V6 is bullet proof but nobody has either done, understands how to or can direct me to a link on how to do it????
