Hi Mudders, besides that cluster world of techstream, is there any other hardware/software/gizmo available for us to reads srs codes?

Anyone have any luck convincing a Canadian dealership to apply the 8spd transmission update - TSB 0209-17 (LSB 0118-17 for Lexus). My 2017 LX acts like it needs the update but the dealership says they can't do it because the above LSB is written for the US market.

Looks like my master cylinder is on its way out and needs to be replaced. Do I need a Techstream program to complete the bleeding process? TIA
