this may sound stupid but how do you access the reverse lights on a 2017 LX570? it has some what I call push pins on each side and the bottom, but the top is stuck. do you just pull straight out? do I have access it from the inside? i don't want to break it. i need to replace that clear...

The illumination lights behind my dash: a/c low to high, vents, and temp, etc work intermittently. Is there an easy way to access lights or bulbs to change out to new bulbs. 1992 80 series.
