    In looking at the SOR photos, there is only one photo for two different carburetors. Maybe their photos just show the '73 carburetor? The California spec '74 carburetor has the provision for the spring, maybe my parts carburetor was one of those?

    IIRC, the throttle lever is from a '74 parts carburetor I had in my stash.
