    My setup sends a continuos negative/ground to Pin16 while in 4Lo thru a Relay that gets the (+) signal from Pin9 on E7 connector (besides the glovebox). Try a multimeter or a probe to make sure your getting correct signal to Pin16 while in 4Lo; the GM PCM is picky on resistance changes.

    When I removed the SC, and had it normally aspirated, there was zero overheating problems in my case; even with crazy hot weather.

I did everything I could possibly do to keep the 80 coolish at summer with the SC, I failed, and I just accepted the fact that without a intercooler our weather is just to hot for a SC 80 running AC, I just kept reaching the AC cutoff limit, and sadly...
