Yes those are the parts you need. Worth while replacing while in there.
I didnt use any heat just pressed it slowly it dosnt need much. Its a forged shift fork so it wont crack like a cast one.

Yes i did alot of diagnosis to come to a solution. What i found was with the rear trasfer case of so you have full view of 5th gear get in the car and select 5th, in my case you could tell the 5th sleeve was not fully engaging 5th gear dog teeth probably only 60%.

I have solved my issue of 5th popping out.
5th was not fully enaging maybe only 60% on the dog teeth. To fix this i put the fork in the press and bent it 1.5mm outwards.
This gives full enagement and no longer pops out of gear.
Tighten the cable more.
Dont be afraid 1mm isnt enough.
Go 10 or more mm
If it shift to hard you can always go back. I have mine fully clamped of with vice grips to give full line pressure
I also used to have aflare between 2-3 upshift thightening the cable fixed it and has been like this...
The final end float is 0.35mm not 3.5mm i think thats the best you can get and the fsm dosnt mention any end flaot specs on the laydhaft that i can see.
If i hold thr lever with my hand even lightly it wont pop out so maybe i just need a heavier detent spring?

Actualy let me correct what i said. Its not a common rail it has a ECD V4 injection pump sonits still ecu controlled.
Wander if it can be replaced with a mechanical pump
