    Rubithon 2004

I have not done a lot of organized runs, such as Moab or Rubithon. I am thinking of doing a run or two at this years Rubithon, but is the crowd ridiculous on this technical trail...like is it so damn slow and overcrowded that it is kind of a bummer...OR is it a total blast, full of cool people...

    New Bumper is on!!!

Hey All, So I went w/ the tire on the left, would have liked the ladder a bit shorter...that was an oversight. Great protection, haked off the rear crossmember, and had to do a little hacking on the flares. Really liked the guy who fabbed it. If I had to do it again, I'd make slight adjustments...

Why's your tire on the right?

This is sort of trivial, but I came across a guy who is fabbing 80 bumpers, and I can pick which side to have the tire. He says they are set up to have it on US drivers side (left), but I see Slee and Kaymar are usually on the right. In terms of road travels, seems a right side mount would make...

    Removing steering stabilizer

Some say this is tricky? If you've been reading, my maintenance is like Vegas, some days good some days uh-oh I was gonna undo bolt on right, separate with a fork, take off mounting plate on the left, put that plate into a vice so I could bang that side apart with a fork, reinstall the OME...

Pro's and cons of J springs

So I'm seeing a lot of people swapping out their 850 snd 863's for the longer J series, but not adding the L series shocks, or any of the realted sway bar drops etc. like Slee recommends for a suspension w/this amount of lift. What's the point and or benefit, more height for looks? Better/bigger...

    Brake proportioning valve

So, after installing the 2.5" OME springs and shocks, heavy load, with no accessories at this point, is adjusting the rear brake valve mandatory? According to Acme, since I don't have a pressure gauge, it's trial and error. Move it from 90mm to 100mm, is my starting guess..any comments or...
