so, I'm cutting out a couple of spots and want to weld some metal in, what is the stock thickness and what should I replace it with? The pieces I cut out were really rusty on the backside so I don't know if I'm getting a correct measurement with my calipers. thanks
I was going for 35's but some 37's popped up for cheaper than I could get the 35's for. this is a mild wheeling vehicle, original az truck with no body damage, will they fit? oh, the PO did trim the rear fenders.
I know.......I should convert to power but for the next month or so, it is not an option. So, is there a drop pitman available for a '69 stock frontend?
just broke mine and can't seem to find one, anyone know of any other options? also, I remember back years ago someone used to sell the polycarb ones on Pirate, I let my star expire and can't search, anyone remember who that was? thanx.
well, I had a set of stock fronts lying around and I noticed they were longer and would move the axle back about 3/4 of an inch. So, I used the fronts in the rear and the new fronts in the front. anyone go this route and if you did, any problems?
