Symptoms
1. Rough running, like it is running on 5 cyls.
2. cel P0306, which I believe is a miss on the #6 cyl.
3. bubbles in the overflow at 3000 RPMs.

Tonight I am going about 35 miles away to pickup 1000 lbs of dumbbells and freeweights. I'm thinking I can put some weight upfront in the passenger seat floorboard to even it out.
Should I try this in 1 trip or 2 trips.

Don't know the accident history of my ride, carfax was clean-for whatever that's worth. This piece sticks out about 1/2 inch. What kind of fasteners are behind this? Any quick fix ideas?

tried 2 techron bottles followed by seafoam in the gas, still pinging

The directions recommend loctite. I bought some red loctite, but after reading the bottle I'm afraid it's permanent and won't allow the screws back out...ever. should I go swap for blue...
When the AC is on low, it blows at varying speeds. In other words, It will blow on low speed then every few seconds cycle through a high speed. The whole time the light for the low is on. I'm guessing it will do the same with the heat on low. Blower motor going? :eek:
I have this "friend" ;) who accidentally poured about 1 measuring cup of M1 ATF into his engine before realizing it wasn't 15w-50. It was 5am and he wasn't quite awake yet. This "friend" ;) is kinda anal, so he chased it with some oil and drained and refilled. Would the ATF have done any...

4 mos ago I did the coolant, should've but didn't do the thermostat. How much coolant will come out if I change the t-stat without draining? :confused:

Seems this issue was covered a bit awhile back. And the consensus was, if someone wants your truck bad enough they will get it. That being said, I would still like to make it difficult for the bastids.
