I think I am goint to cut it out and weld in a new peice I'm not going to remove the tub now because I plan to replace it in the future when I have some more money.

I had a problem similar to this after I had my drive shft out to change the tranny. to fix it I pulled the 4 nuts off of the parking break housing that hold the drive shaft flipped the drive shaft and bolted it back in. it drove nice and smoothafter that I think that is what you call in or out...
I did sleeve one but I have found that at the end of the cut on the stock ones it bends. also the
heavy tube with jam nuts is much easier to adjust.

I think what I am going to do is have bud make the drag link and relay rod to the factory TRE size I don't have a problem with the TRE I just keep slightly bending the relay and drag link wich sucks when you get back on the road and your alignment is out I was hopeing by putting in heavy tie rod...
