Hand Throttle Pictures

I am installing a hand throttle on my 73 FJ40, I bought a new hand throttle cable from toyota and now I need the bracket to mount it. I was told by the toyota dealership that the bracket was discontinued and I am not really sure how this cable mounts to the dash. So am wondering if you all can post some pictures of a toyota hand throttle installed on a FJ40?
