No matter the source (phone connects but no audio, AM/FM radio goes but no audio), audio won't play and when I turn the audio knob or toggle on the steering wheel, volume doesn't even show up on the screen.
Hoping there is some super easy and fast fix for this.
Thanks in advance.
I am considering buying a 60 series LC because:
a) I like the boxy 80s look
b) I want to drive stick occasionally and want to teach my kids how to drive stick
c) want another 4WD drive car to take up to the mountains (aside from my 200 series LC)
Occasionally, I see 'em pop up on sites like...
I ordered a set of BFGoodrich, All Terrain T/A KO2, 285 /60 R18 for my 2017 LC with 65k miles on the original tires from Discount Tires.
See here: https://www.discounttire.com/buy-tires/bfgoodrich-all-terrain-t-a-ko2/
Their manager calls me up and says they no longer carry that size --- he...
I apprediate your reply -- but this is a different situation.
There is demand for new Land Cruisers every year in the USA -- roughly 3,000 new LCs are sold annually. Now (some of) that demand will shift to used LCs, rego increaing prices.
You're saying that the LC 300s will live on as a...
With Toyota announcing that LCs will be discontinued in the USA after the 2021 model year -- shouldn't LC owners see a dramatic rise in the value of their existing cars?
Does this also mean that LCs will be available and will be actively developed for markets (eg Australia or Middle East)...
Is it possible to login into a streaming service such as Netflix/Disney+/etc on my iPhone and then have a movie play on the backseat screens? Or are DVDs the only way?
I think the Hitchsafe is fine.
Yes, of course, it can be overcome (like any other lock or even the LC's own locks) -- but it adds enough friction that a casual thief won't mess with it.
So I installed it -- and it should function fine. But it sticks too far out for me to put the hitch cover back on.
Are you able to get your hitch cover back on?
So my 200 series LC 2017 has a nail in the sidewall of the OEM tire — to replace just that one tire is $360 - which is expensive.
At that price, perhaps I should upgrade all 4 to a better tire, no? (Where my per tire cost would be lower).
What say you?
It is possible to mate additional, multiple headhones to the 200 series entertainment system? Obviously, it comes with two headphone -- but I have more than two kids. :)
If possible, do they have to be OEM headphones? Or can any 3rd party BT headphone do the job?
Anyone else run into this?
