Yah, thanks, now that i think about it...I think a big 1 inch spacer came off at the same time. Ok. Im going to get a after market kit and use the spacer (s) I have. Going Steel. Any recommendations?
Hi, I pulled this during my rust remediation project. Time to put on a new one. Anyone know the part number? If not..then what would you call it? Was near the front. Mine has a diff drop and 2.5 OME lift.

Hmmm.... thats a hole alright... that is boogie man i have spent so much time trykng to prevent. While i have dodged it thus far and hope to fend offthe rust monster(no road salt here)....i have to ask... what did you do to repair that? Was it expensive??? And did you find.more holes?
I have had my 2004 for about a month. My rust is same, maybe worse. After a lot of research, i took on the 1) removal step with mechanical: brush grinder, needle scaler(best), sanding belts(pull over frame rails, torsion), drills with wire brushes, then chemical: krud kutter 2) rust converter...
All my 2004 plastic splash guard "skid plates" are shot. I'd love a set of aluminum slee skid plates.. but will have to wait until the money falls from the sky. In the meantime, all the folks who may have upgraded to proper skid plates... probably have the old ones sitting around. I can pay...
