1999 - rear tailgate Upper and lower. No rust. 1999-2003. Glass, seals, emblems & electrics all there. You'll need your own internal plastics and lock. These part are factory white with a black spray can paint job over the white. Again- no rust. These are cross posted on Ebay. Shipping (from Seattle) is several hundred dollars I am sure. I'd really prefer a local pick up (Seattle).
