Are there any other options besides the TSM unit most seem to be retailing? They have a supply chain issue, most retailers appear to just drop ship them, and theres a lead time that is messin' me up.
If I have a complete fj60 donor rig, is there anything else I need to swap the H55f into an Fj62? Any welding/fab required for the pedals or is that just a bolt in affair?

I'm tinkering with some throttle bracketry after my initial spin around the block. i found the "tip in" to abrupt for 4.88's.
Naturally the pedal feel gets lighter and the tip in less abrupt the greater the radius of the bracket, but the total open % drops with the throttle.

I have an older warn 9000i. It was ona truck I bought and one of the old relays was bad so warn Albright style in the engine bay of a rig. When I hit the button nuttin happens with the motor and I’m getting 12 volts at a f1 and f2 at the same time. Is the motor cooked?
Any experience or links to threads where the ranger od unit was used as the adapter?
All I can find are a 80's with GM transmissions.

I assume the ports on the compressor stock, for an 84 fj60, are thread on for r12. Mine appears to have the conversion quick connects for r134a indicating the conversion was done, but before I assume, I'd like to have a confirmation on what the original ports were.

it seems to me a diesel kit exists already. the 6.5td. it takes a GM bell housing so, youre swapping a v8 gmc, with the same diesel hurdles the 2.8 will have.
mpg will be over 20mpg. and the power is 200/400, nominally..

Say my EFI uses a 7 pin HEI large cap distributor and I'd like to eliminate it and use the original distributor, is the signal from the Toyota compatible with the 7pin gm modules?
Basically, just lock out the weights in the original distributor, run the pickup coil...
Is there a chart that shows what interiors came with which exteriors? Its probably obvious, as my blue repaint looks funky with the brown interior. No, I didn't do it.

The OD with the 2F sorta sucks with this combo. Not a bad suck, but one keeps reaching for another gear, and power is limited for high speed interstate grades.
