We lost this guy Christmas Eve, it’s been a tough one. He was just shy of 7 years old and a big loving dog. We think it was heart failure. In this pic we was heading to the Sunflower river to go scouting for gator season.

Apparently Cowboy Corgi’s are some fancy hybrid that has gained popularity over the last decade. I have no clue and have never heard of them. My wife’s cousin got one and we have been looking for a replacement for our dog that passed away a couple years ago and this seemed like a good fit. Supposedly he should be 30-40lbs fully grown but being that he is only 7 weeks old and already weighs over 8lbs he may weigh a bit more. This breed is supposed to be highly intelligent and good with children as well as other animals. I think he is a great addition to our crew.
My money is on the cat
Both called it a draw so that they could take a nap. The cat however is sleep with an eye partially open watching the dog like a hawk.
