HA! You boys out west in your dry climates all a-scairt of a little rust ... I drove my '81 40 with more rust than that. Fine, the tub (well, the part that wasn't made out of the hood of a Honda and aluminum roof flashing, among other assorted materials) fell off in pieces when I unbolted ... uh, snapped off what few fasteners remained holding it to the frame ... but ... whatever. Patina is all the rage these days. Just ask Nolan. Slather a little BLO on it and yer good ta go! What's a little tetanus between friends?
