main beam is made from 3/16" rectangular steel, everything else at least .120 wall. 3/4" thick clevis mounts that pass through bumper and are welded to the frame brackets, side protection brackets bolt up to existing captured nuts on frame, and those brackets are made of 5/16 and 3/8 steel. i use 4x4 labs spindle setup for the tire swingout, a 1k spindle for an optional 2nd swinout 3 jerry can rack. destaco 2k over the center compression latch incombination with a 1/2 drop pin keeps it shut tight. has high lift and antenna mount. tire mount flange telescopes in and out for differant size rims and offsets. 2" reciever. full bolt on except for the rear crossmember which has to be cut out and removed.

Shizizel that thing is sweet,How much to send one of those to the east coast ?

Ship it to Michigan and I'd go for it for sure

You are going to need to figure out a way to ship these it looks like. Very nice work bud! See you Sunday AM!

Interested!! Is this the start of a waiting list? For those that want it shipped I have had good luck with FedEx. If you set up an account and arrange a call tag they will pick it up and ship it to your door. I had an ARB shipped from Maryland to California and it was around 120 bucks.

wow. looks like i got some figuring to do. fed ex will p/u and deliver to the door? interesting. i gonna check it out. will get back to you all.

Beautiful unit...somebody should do a group buy in New England! Much easier to save on shipping that way.

Sean, Looks like thats 2 to Michigan, you could put Vasir's & mine on the same pallet for your convenience. Let us know man, I'd definitely like to get one mounted before the snow flies here.

Plan on it getting scratched, dropped, etc. on the way. Does it weigh less than 150lbs? I'd hate to deliver it (see sig), thats for sure!

It would likely have to go to a freight depo or somewhere with a loading dock (commercial address), FedEx freight is likely the best option. If the receiver does not have a commercial address I believe that FedEx freight will accept the shipment to their local depot for pick-up, or set up delivery to another freight depo for pick-up. Christo sent my front bumper and suspension this way, I dont think he used FedEx but it was like another couple hundred or less. No big deal really, I just has to go about a half hour away to pick it up.

^^It CAN be shipped door to door via UPS Ground, as an option.

this is good info guys thanks for the help. i am going to figure out how much this baby weighs as soon as i can figure out how to weigh it.
