That's amazingly low milage for a 22 year old truck - comes to about 2500 miles a year, or app. 250 miles a month. Beautiful vehicle you are a lucky man can't imagine what it cost but must not have been cheap.

Are you sure the worn rotors are original - if my math is correct, that works out to 2.5mm of wear over 450K miles!

Thanks for sharing this - great information. So basically spray everywhere using the gun as much as possible, then use cans and graffiti adapters for the hard-to-reach places like inside the frame. Based on the results sounds like a job well done.

Baltistyle if I may ask how long have you owned the vehicle and what year is it? In other words, how many winters has it spent in Maryland exposed to snow and salt? Did the previous owner in North Caroline do any rustproofing, or was the vehicle naturally rust proof when you got it?
