DM- FYI, I was concerned over the the same deal (play in the shifter on bumps), replaced the tranny mount, still does the exact same thing. Don't bother with it..... Mark

Mine did, was in my buddy's shop powerbraking on a lift while he was under checking for a small issue I was having. Granted, I was doing it for sometime. Stopped as soon as it came on, went out shortly after I quit. Sorry, wish I had more to offer. Tank

Getting ready to do my front brakes. Looking at the FSM, looks like a easy job with several #6's :D Can anyone confirm this? I've done brake jobs on older vehicles with no problem, just never on the 80. As always, thanks for the help. Mark
