@beno would this HDJ81 AC Amp work as direct replacement for 88650-60212 since the board is the same? however, i know you said the harness is the key factor as well.

Is the Diff Support #2 the only part that needs to be replaced? Any of the other diff support part need replacing on a 2003?

I've been dealing with the same issue. The previous owners had meticulous service done at the dealer and was on the list but the service agent looked and called to research and said the previous owners were never on the list. Gave me number for Lexus corporate service. Will see what happens...
