Just cut the fittings off the factory hose and run new hose to and from the cooler, less fittings, less likely to leak and less restriction.

There is a spring right next to your thumb in the picture, press that and the blade will slide off the arm. Hopefully!!

I used the rear seat mounting holes, but that is no good of you don't have the rear seats. Just bolt through the floor and it will be fine.

I an pretty much certain it is the pushrod cover, I change the oil yesterday and installed fresh, I then claened down the engine and ran it a while. I could actually see the fresh oil leak from the side cover, but wasn't sure if it could make its way down to where it was dripping, but I guess...

Hi Guys, I have an oil leak that I am Trying to trace, it drips off the bottom of the transmission bell housing. I first thought it was the oil pan or rear main, but I have replaced the pan gasket and the flywheel is clean, and there is no oil fling, so I would assume the rear main is O.K...

Hi guys, I have searched for the size ot the transfer shaft output shaft stake nut size, but cannot sem to find anything, (the search doesn't seem to like me much!). Can anybody tell me what size socket I need to remove the nut so I can replace my seals? Thanks

I tried every possible way of wiring it with the remote box, but could not get it to work, in the end I used a couple of relays and used the control box to trigger them, took about 30 minutes once I had the circuits worked out. I will see if I can find a diagram for you.

I had the same problem. I fixed mine in 5 minutes by getting a one way valve (screen washer) from a wrecker and connecting it inline where the old hose had split, I trimmed about 5mm from each end to remove the brittle tubing, pushed the hose on either end and tested it out. I did not have to...
