Found the offending o-ring. Generously coated the replacement before install and very carefully slid into pump housing.

OEM-no replacement bearing, but in my case the bearing was fine upon inspection.

Thanks for the suggestion. The new o-ring was certainly installed. It's possible that I damaged it, but I'm not entirely sure how that would have happened, unless perhaps it rolled up the side of the pipe as I was pressing it into the pump? Whatever the case, it seems like I need to drain the...

Hi All- Just successfully rebuilt my power steering pump, which is great as I have never had functional PS in this truck. Mystery is why the low pressure side of the pump now appears to be leaking. Any ideas what might have gone awry? Cheers, Austin
