    Found the offending o-ring. Generously coated the replacement before install and very carefully slid into pump housing.

    OEM-no replacement bearing, but in my case the bearing was fine upon inspection.

It's possible that I damaged it, but I'm not entirely sure how that would have happened, unless perhaps it rolled up the side of the pipe as I was pressing it into the pump?
