Hi. I'm currently busy with a similar swop for my FJ60, also with the H42, 4 speed. Only difference is that I went with a mechanical pump on my 1.9tdi and the engine code is AHF. My concern is the gearing and trans ratios with the 31s. Looks like... -

80 cluster now fitted. Will be a peice of plastic infront. Also fitted the ECU. Im been putting all the cables together to start the motor, forgetting how many plugs the 1FZFE has. Next steps are Battery Cables, Starter and Alternator wiring to... -

It's a tight fit, but the 80 cluster 'fits' inside the 55 dash surround. Needed to cut back the plastic cover as it was the wrong shape, and will make a PVC facia later down the track after paint. Now I can work on making better mounting system...

Thank you, and yes, those cracks were really deep so I filled them with caulk and then the rest was with fiberglass just to get the shape to hold.

Well had high hopes of getting rear finished but one side is done and life happens so the other side on the rear tomorrow then maybe next weekend I’ll tackle the front. Love my one post lift
