Found a replacement for the tensioner on the 1fzfe, this one is ratcheting like the old style found sometimes on the early 93-94 fzj80. Going to put it in and will report back with my findings. I will share the part number If it works out. Trying...

Block sanding for days, more skim coats of filler and more block sanding. Another coat of 2k primer extra thick, more block sanding. *sigh* Not sure why I am getting this agro on level of detail when I just plan to wrap a bunch of the body...
