Do the recovery hooks bolt on top of the CCOT plate?

So, you had no problem running 33x12.50x15 with the OME Spring lift, correct? Any issues or conflicts with the steering arm or pitman arm? Do you think it’s possible to run a 34X9.5X15 with the same setup?
