Bump … still need to know how tight to squeeze the rubber mount pucks. I don’t want to over do them but I also don’t want them to prematurely wear from too loose. Somebody surely knows?

What are the most common spare items to carry to make trail repairs and the best vendors to order from? When I did search on my browser all I get are full units for sale. Thanks

Replaced the rubber cups on the mounts but I don’t know the torque for the castle nuts.

Before I bought a new cable, I would open up the entire assembly and confirm all components are properly installed and still attached as it sounds to me like something came loose (which has happened to mine & with same symptoms)

Can't speak to your MAF questions but got my last clutch hose from NAPA and it was a perfect fit.
