I'm installing my rear propeller shaft after having it rebalanced. I have new hardware including a bolt, washer, and nut for each of 8 instances. I think the FSM is saying that the washer goes under the nut and not under the bolt. Here is a picture. Do I have this right?
I have noticed that my truck cranks for a bit before firing. It cranks strong, ultimately fires, and then runs well. I looked through the FSM but did not find anything related to delayed firing. Any ideas would be appreciated. This is a 1988 FJ62 with electronic fuel injection and a 3FE engine.
