It was a family car that my wife and I drove (in our late 20's to late 30's with kids and car seats in the back). Your explanation of a 16 year old kids activating the VTEC every time you drove it makes more sense now.

Thanks @aaronrules . Being a nerdy Eagle Scout that loves nature and history comes in handy sometimes. Having several guidebooks to look up info is handy too. I'm practicing for my retirement job as a tour guide or National Park interpretive ranger in the mountains somewhere.
Aaron is loads of fun and great to hang out with but I've witnessed some questionable decisions that didn't always turn out well. I'm not sure I would take advice regarding waivers and liability from him.

I've had my airbags in for years with no problems, but I don't go off-roading lots. It's also really important to make the hole in the spring perch big enough to clear the air nipple on the airbag and ensure you've sleeved the air hose with rubber fuel line to keep thing from getting wear damage.
