OK guys where’s a good place to get some roasted green chili Tuesday morning? I prefer. North Albuquerque or Corrales

I saw the roasters set up at Chile Traditions on Montgomery near Louisiana yesterday. I don't know where their chile come from and have never gotten myself. I usually just get mine from WalMart if the chiles look good to me. I don't have room in the freezers this year because I just bought a whole beef so I'll just have to settle for whatever frozen stuff I can find in smaller quantities throughout the year.

Slightly out of where you wanted, but Sichler's farm does roasting, it's just south of Lomas & San Mateo. I prefer their chile, but I like it hot. Also, you can find the fruit basket down on 4th Street, just South of Osuna. They are pretty good too.

Thanks guys, well I was going to try Sichler's farm, but I am heading back to Pagosa today and they are close and Chile Traditions are expensive, $79 for 10-12lb, so I guess it will Wagner farms in Corrales. Their chilies are not Hatch, but they are NM

Thanks guys. I was driving around this morning and “The Fruit Basket” on 4th street had Hatch bushel for $38

Romero's Fruit and Veggie Stand on US84 in Hernandez (just past Espanola) has tasty Socorro green chile. They roast and rest while you wait. Plus, lots of other Northern NM goodies. Worth the stop if you are heading in that direction.

Thanks guys, I wish I had asked this a week ago. but great information for next time
