    Wanted  SOCAL, Black GX470 Hood

Have the typical clear coat issues on mine and would like to just replace it if it's cheaper than having it sanded down and resprayed. Please let me know if you have one. Thanks.

Paging those with Dobinsons 2.5” lift

It will settle. I have the exact same setup with no coil conversion spacers. Installed the suspension, got it aligned and 2 days later i was on the trail and noticed a significant reduction in rake. 1st pic is right after installation on the way to get provisions for the trip. The second is mid...

No, I have them set aside if I ever Fab up something heavy like a rear bumper.

What Did You Do With Your 120 Today?

In the process of mockup up and stitch welding on frame plates and universal TG sliders. Goona dial in some more angle to them. Just mocking the distance from the frame at the moment so I know how much to chop off the bars. Forgive the messy garage, I have a couple other projects scattered about.

    Convince Me!(120 or 100)

Don't feel too discouraged about ending up with a nav model. There are a few options that make it more bearable. On the cheap a Grom BT3 will give you bluetooth capability. A Grom VL2 will basically use the factory touch screen to run an android os. There's also the Phoenix Android tablet...

    Please roast this newbie

How dare you ask such a lizard brain question.. jk. I'd agree with the guy above, it's done. Not a big deal, you have to pull them out to re-boot anyways. In my experience it's easier to replace rather than re-boot. Less steps and less goop on the work bench.

New to me - 2008 64k garaged and serviced

Yeah that's a real tough first world dilemma. To give you my experience with this type of choice, before i got the GX i had a 98 M3 sedan in Alpine White. It had perfect interior and i bought it with about 72k on the clock.. I wanted a fun track day car and something i could beat on every now...

What Did You Do With Your 120 Today?

Pulled the running boards to prep for sliders and swapped out my string cheese belt trim for the black Prado variant. Now i just need to get the Prado quarter window trim or paint the existing to match..

What Did You Do With Your 120 Today?

No, not really. Just pull off the column cowling (2 screw behind the steering wheel, turn wheel left and right to access them, and 1 screw under the cowling). Kinda have to fanegal the two cowling halves off. Once removed the 2 worm gears are easy to get to depending how flexible your back is.

Cleaned and greased the telescoping/tilt worm gears.
