Thanks All. I don't think it is coming from the draing plug as it will happen when the car has been parked. I would think could only be the plug if it splashed up while driving. The cabling is not wet in front of the red tape in the picture, but I will start checking at the fire wall.

quick question for all. I twisted the head off the small screw that holds the small pipe on the outside of the EGR valve. Does anyone know why the fsm says except california vehicles under the o2 maintenance section?

SOR.com has some available that are bolt in to the CA exhaust (not sure on a MO truck), but a little expensive. If you want to go cheaper you can get eastern or magnaflow, but they need welded in. Prices are in the range of $100 per to $300 per.

I will try and get a sample from SOR and JTO. The SOR kit no longer looks like it is a molded kit and seems real nice, but they want over $900 so it better be. Will post my findings. Open to any other ideas as well
