I just had an OEM windshield installed in my LX450 last Thursday, it's the bronze tinted one. Supposedly it was one of two in the US. My local Lexus dealer found it at a dealer on the west coast. It took 3 weeks for it to arrive. A local glass company installed it at the Lexus dealership.

It took me couple times to get it adjusted just right, no more rattles though.

Unfortunately, he hasn't been producing bumpers for quite some time. He's gotten into interior design type fab work. Your best bet is to try Binks Fab. His bumpers are vey similar and very well made.

I've got an extra steering gear out of my LX450 if you want it to send in to have rebuilt. It started leaking profusely from the sector shaft seal. I replaced it with a new steering gear last October. I'm down in Charleston, SC.

I adjusted the plate, no more rattles! :)

I love my center console. I don't love the rattles it makes from the lid latch though. Anybody else experiencing the same? I've tried pieces of SeaDek on all four corners where the lid closes on top of the box. Any Ideas? Thanks!

Oh yeah, it definitely made it heavier.

@NorCalFJ100, Looks really good! After I installed mine, I put some DynaMat inside my tail gate to protect the exterior sheet metal and prevent annoying rattles.

Damn, I wonder if they would split the cost? I will have to call USAA and find out I guess. I see you are in Charleston as well. I live in Hanahan.

Did insurance pay for the OEM glass? I really want OEM installed on my 97 LX450 if at all possible.
