Good information. I’ve seen a lot of people seem to recommend and use, but I’ve never heard the longtime report of them. Those clamps do look pretty chintzy. yeah I’ve always liked the scouts, but they definitely have their own issues for...

Still not overly happy about vague temps on the BJ74. Now I don’t have an overheating issue, but I would like to actually know what the engine is doing. Not my favorite setup, but I got this to run in the radiator hose. I’m thinking...

At least you have a nice straight section of hose to splice the adapter into. Found that the temps (1HZ) are reading about 8-10* warmer for me now. I was running the sensor in the top hose (adapter like yours and Auber) vs now in the top tank of...

I worked on my rear cargo area panels and electrical system last week. I designed a couple of 3D prints for the vents and one large print to cover the fuse block cubby.

I was out in the backcountry with no service for a few days but if you have further questions let me know. It's been a few years smoke free now and smooth starts everytime. You'll get there too...

$1.3M is the new $150K We're lucky enough to have a bitchin diesel injection shop near us if needed. Ended up going new for my injectors but they did my pump and kicked a$$ quickly for a fair price. Diesel Fuel Injection Services – Repair and...

My hdt on cold (below 40F) startups starts fine but then takes the 15 minutes to clear smoke. Not a glow, but more than likely valve seals. I baby until block is warm and I would pull off on hwy to not cause too much of an issue. Have a new head...

I'm in Prosser- kinda south central WA. Funny you mentioned about having a resistor, I just ordered one from Amayama! Fortunately they had one in stock will ship out in a couple days. I figured I'd start with that because symptoms sound just like...

Is Coaster Van a parts source? Or you mean look up the part for a Coaster? Yeah. Cheaper via other sources. Think I added mine to a Tosshin order. Around $90 US vs $250ish US from Rad (d). Search result by "28621-64011" | Tosshin -...

Okay. Yeah looked like it slightly overlaps more on one side. I don't have a RHD dash piece to send you, but I'll give the mirrored one for RHD a go in my rig and let you know on the fit.

@Guyute The left and right sides of the mount are slightly different. I can mirror the print for RHD. 95% sure it will fit. If not I can always make adjustments

Want to confirm.... the bracket fits both RHD and LHD rigs? It's all switcheroo layout on the RHD.

After testing the glow plugs and busbar... give the resistor a test. Had similar symptoms with all new IP, injectors, glow plugs, bus bar, 1HZ after a rebuild. Hadn't replaced the resistor because NLA and that was it for me. The glow resistor for...

so my heater valve has been goofy for the last few weeks. So upon messing with it, appears that it’s stuck. I’ve unhooked the actual cable from controls and it only moves a little. Always great to have the heater stuck on in 102F weather. The...

Use the -60110 with a different hose, maybe something like 87245-60160 with the necessary bend to accommodate for the difference.
