Check to make sure that your transfer case is not in neutral. Did you pay attention to the orientation of the clutch disc when installed? If installed backwards you'll have problems.

This is the part number of the down pipe I purchased. I'm fairly certain it will mate to the 3F exhaust but until I put them together I will not know for sure.

If the Defender is available in 235/55/16 on 70 series wheels would match what you are wanting for tire size.

IIRC when the two marks are aligned that it is the #6 cylinder that is at TDC. I'm going from memory and don't have the FSM handy and could be way off.
