He doesn't have hi-steer. Don't need keyed arms for 33" tires either, but it is a good option for future proofing.

Nope. Factory pulley but as @fourtrax pointed out, I was not monitoring AFR. I read numerous posts of folks with SC and no AFR gauge. @White Sheep did have an AFR gauge in his Cruiser.
