CT1082 is the GM pilot bearing for this and is about $12

Advance had supplied an odd configuration that was put in the LS crank. It was a two piece machined sleeves and a needle bearing that fit inside the sleeves. It appeared to be about 1/4" stand off. The ct1082 looks a lot easier
