Came down to visit this weekend, we got a lot more work done on his tub. I wanted to finish making the new supports for the fender wells, but we ran out of 220v outlets. So I'm on the bench for now, relaxing.

Holds better than silicon... My piggie has extensive rust to the roof, rails and windshield channel, so I'm replacing all of it. Just tacked on the drivers side rail actually.

Small update, I have the windshield mocked up, time to start fabbing the mount and cover plates. The a pillars are going to be pretty big which will obscure visibility a touch. Reminds me of my honda element in that regard. Not sure how to feel about that. Also, why is the glass on the side...

Ah, nice. I have a pig and the windshield from a 40. The 55 windshield is wider at the bottom of the a pillars. Ill post some pics tommorow to show what I'm looking at.

Anyone have pics of a 40 windshield on a 55? My eyeball micrometer says the 40 windshield is mounted at a 67.5 degree angle while the 55 is at a 45 degree angle.
